Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle from pre-production to post-production
- Manage creative teams, budgets, and client relationships for enterprise clients
- Develop innovative storytelling concepts aligned with brand strategies
- Coordinate with directors, cinematographers, and post-production specialists
- Ensure timely delivery of broadcast-quality content across platforms
- Optimize production workflows using cutting-edge technology
- Mentor junior producers and foster collaborative creative culture
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with enterprise brands
- Proven track record of directing complex multi-platform campaigns
- Expertise in budget management and vendor negotiations
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of digital distribution channels (OTT, social, linear)
- Portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
