Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept development to final delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including directors, cinematographers, and editors
- Develop creative briefs and production timelines aligned with brand objectives
- Coordinate with clients to ensure project requirements are exceeded
- Optimize video content for diverse platforms (social, web, broadcast)
- Maintain production budgets and resource allocation
- Implement emerging production technologies and workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven leadership managing remote and in-person teams
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and lighting
- Experience with budget management and scheduling tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
