Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for 5-8 concurrent projects
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches aligned with brand objectives
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope and creative direction
- Ensure technical quality through dailies reviews and final delivery specifications
- Mentor junior producers and foster a collaborative production environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ years as a lead producer
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in narrative and commercial video projects
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Experience managing remote production teams and cross-functional workflows
- Strong understanding of lighting, sound design, and post-production pipelines
- Proven ability to deliver projects on aggressive deadlines under budget constraints
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV Production or related field preferred
