- Optimize video content for multi-platform distribution (social, web, broadcast)

Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional video production with 3+ years in lead producer roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven track record of delivering high-budget commercial campaigns
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video styles and technical capabilities
- Experience managing remote production teams and virtual workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV Production or equivalent industry certifications
