Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle from concept to final delivery for 10+ annual projects
- Manage cross-functional teams including directors, cinematographers, editors, and post-production specialists
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches aligned with brand objectives and audience engagement metrics
- Coordinate complex logistics including location scouting, talent casting, and equipment procurement
- Maintain project budgets and timelines while ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations
- Lead creative reviews and implement feedback loops with stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Stay ahead of industry trends in emerging video formats and production technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-budget commercial/brand content with measurable impact
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production management software
- Exceptional project management skills with track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Strong creative vision with ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed production workflows
- Degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
