Responsibilities
- Oversee video production lifecycle: pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Manage $500K+ production budgets and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Develop innovative storytelling concepts aligned with brand objectives
- Technical direction for cinematography, lighting, and sound design
- Collaborate with creative directors to refine visual narratives
- Vendor management for equipment rentals, locations, and talent
- Ensure timely delivery of broadcast-quality assets across platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in video production with 2+ years in lead producer roles
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in narrative-driven commercial content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production software
- Strong budget management and contract negotiation skills
- Ability to manage remote teams and complex logistical challenges
- Knowledge of emerging video technologies and trends (VR/AR, 360°)
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
