Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Manage $500K+ budgets and coordinate cross-functional teams of 15+ creatives
- Direct client communications and pitch presentations to C-level executives
- Implement agile workflows using Frame.io and Notion for seamless collaboration
- Maintain quality control across lighting, sound, and editing deliverables
- Optimize content for multi-platform distribution (social, web, broadcast)
- Mentor junior producers and develop team growth strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in video production with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven track record directing commercial campaigns or branded content
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles and lighting design
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating $1M+ project success and visual storytelling excellence
- BS/BA in Film, Media Production, or equivalent industry certification
