Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to delivery for 15+ annual campaigns
- Manage $500K+ production budgets across diverse projects (commercials, documentaries, social content)
- Lead creative briefings and client presentations with executive stakeholders
- Coordinate 15+ person crews including directors, DPs, and post-production teams
- Implement emerging tech trends (VR/AR integration, AI-assisted editing)
- Maintain quality control through all production phases with rigorous review systems
- Develop innovative video strategies aligned with client KPIs and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in video production with 3+ in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-budget commercial/documentary production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV Production or equivalent industry experience
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) audience dynamics
- Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges under tight deadlines
- Experience with remote team management and distributed production workflows
