Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse video styles (commercials, documentaries, digital)
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and lighting/sound equipment
- Proven success managing $500K+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and platform algorithms
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
