Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including directors, editors, and animators
- Develop creative briefs and project timelines with client stakeholders
- Optimize production workflows and budget allocation
- Ensure technical excellence across lighting, sound, and post-production
- Drive innovation in emerging video technologies (VR/360°, AI editing)
- Maintain client relationships through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ in leadership roles
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ commercial/corporate video projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven budget management for projects over $100K
- Strong understanding of digital distribution platforms (YouTube, Vimeo)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
