Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Lead creative direction and storyboarding for commercial, branded, and documentary projects
- Manage cross-functional teams including directors, cinematographers, and editors
- Collaborate with clients to translate brand visions into compelling visual narratives
- Ensure technical excellence across lighting, sound, and post-production workflows
- Implement emerging technologies like VR/AR to elevate production quality
- Drive innovation in video distribution strategies across social, web, and broadcast platforms
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive video production experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in commercial, narrative, and interactive video formats
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and industry-standard cameras/lighting
- Proven track record of managing budgets over $500K and teams of 10+ creatives
- Strong understanding of digital distribution analytics and platform-specific optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- Certification in project management (PMP or similar) preferred
