Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand vision and deadlines
- Manage cross-functional teams including cinematographers, sound designers, and post-production specialists
- Develop innovative video strategies for diverse platforms (social, broadcast, VR)
- Optimize production workflows and budgets while maintaining premium quality standards
- Direct creative reviews and provide actionable feedback to elevate final outputs
- Stay ahead of industry trends in camera technology, editing software, and distribution channels
- Build and nurture relationships with production partners and freelance talent
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven leadership managing teams of 5+ creatives and complex production schedules
- Deep understanding of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics principles
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into compelling narratives
- Experience directing both scripted and documentary-style productions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for on-set challenges and technical troubleshooting
- BA/BS in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
