- Manage creative direction across pre-production, filming, and post-production phases
- Direct cross-functional teams including cinematographers, animators, and sound designers
- Optimize budgets and timelines while maintaining premium quality standards
- Develop innovative storytelling techniques for diverse digital platforms
- Collaborate with clients to translate brand vision into compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior producers and oversee vendor relationships
- Implement emerging tech trends (VR/360°, AI-enhanced editing) into workflows
Qualifications
- 8+ years in video production with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven track record of producing viral campaigns (>1M views)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling excellence
- Experience managing six-figure budgets and complex logistics
- Deep understanding of digital platform algorithms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
- Certification in project management (PMP/Agile preferred)
