Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with client brand vision and project objectives
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects
- Lead and mentor production teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables
- Stay current with industry trends in cinematography, editing software, and distribution platforms
- Quality assurance for final deliverables across broadcast, digital, and social media formats
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Deep understanding of cinematography principles, lighting techniques, and camera systems
- Proven track record managing budgets over $500K and teams of 10+ production staff
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types (commercials, documentaries, branded content)
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills with ability to translate creative vision
- Knowledge of emerging technologies including virtual production and AI-assisted editing
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV Production, Communications, or related field
