Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept development to final delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Develop detailed production schedules and budgets for diverse client projects
- Direct on-set operations ensuring creative vision aligns with client objectives
- Implement innovative storytelling techniques using emerging technologies
- Conduct post-production reviews and quality control processes
- Nurture client relationships through transparent communication and creative solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio of 20+ commercial projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and industry-standard cameras
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $500K and teams of 10+ professionals
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design principles
- Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to deadlines
- Degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience producing content for social media, broadcast, and immersive platforms
