Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to delivery, managing budgets, timelines, and creative direction
- Lead cross-functional teams including directors, cinematographers, editors, and post-production specialists
- Develop innovative production strategies for diverse platforms (social, broadcast, VR/AR)
- Collaborate with clients to translate brand visions into compelling visual narratives
- Implement emerging technologies like AI-driven editing and virtual production techniques
- Maintain quality control through all production phases with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of narrative-driven commercial content
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production management software
- Proven ability to manage $500K+ budgets and coordinate remote/international crews
- Strong technical knowledge of camera systems, lighting, and audio engineering
- Experience directing motion graphics and 3D animation integration
- BS/BA in Film, Media Production, or related field
