We're seeking a creative visionary to oversee end-to-end video production for high-profile clients across entertainment, tech, and advertising. You'll drive innovative campaigns while mentoring a talented team in our state-of-the-art downtown LA studio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive video production strategies from concept to delivery
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Manage client relationships and pitch compelling video concepts
- Oversee budget allocation, scheduling, and resource allocation for 15+ annual projects
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align video content with brand objectives
- Implement emerging production technologies including virtual sets and AI-enhanced workflows
- Maintain quality control through post-production reviews and delivery standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in narrative-driven commercial content
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and Cinema 4D
- Proven track record managing complex productions with $500k+ budgets
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design principles
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
- Experience directing remote teams and hybrid production workflows
