Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production for brand campaigns, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight
- Manage cross-functional teams of cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches that align with client objectives and brand voice
- Oversee budget management, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation for video projects
- Collaborate with marketing and creative directors to translate complex concepts into compelling visual narratives
- Maintain quality control through all production phases while meeting aggressive deadlines
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with proven portfolio of high-impact campaigns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring production teams and freelancers
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of lighting, audio, and camera systems for diverse production scenarios
- Experience with budget forecasting and cost optimization for video projects
