Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production workflow from concept ideation to final delivery
- Direct creative teams including directors, cinematographers, and post-production specialists
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for 5-8 concurrent projects
- Collaborate with clients to translate brand objectives into compelling visual narratives
- Implement emerging technologies like VR/360° and AI-enhanced workflows
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables ensuring brand consistency
- Develop innovative content strategies aligned with platform-specific algorithms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with agency or studio background
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven track record managing complex productions with budgets exceeding $500K
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design principles
