Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle video production for diverse projects (commercials, documentaries, social content)
- Develop creative concepts aligned with client brand narratives and marketing goals
- Manage cross-functional teams (directors, cinematographers, editors) and external vendors
- Oversee post-production workflows including color grading, sound design, and VFX
- Optimize content distribution across digital platforms with analytics-driven insights
- Maintain project budgets and timelines while ensuring premium quality deliverables
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating commercial work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven track record managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring production teams
- Deep understanding of video production workflows, lighting, and cinematography
- Excellent communication skills for client negotiations and stakeholder alignment
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
