Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop compelling narratives and visual concepts
- Manage cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Coordinate logistics for location shoots and studio productions within budget constraints
- Ensure technical quality across deliverables across all platforms (social, broadcast, digital)
- Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders with persuasive storytelling
- Maintain project timelines using industry-standard production management tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles and lighting techniques
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed production workflows
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on aggressive deadlines
