Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production workflows including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production coordination
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with brand objectives and target audience engagement
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for 5-8 concurrent projects
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and creative direction
- Mentor junior producers and creative staff while maintaining high-quality output standards
- Stay current with emerging video technologies, trends, and platform-specific requirements
- Conduct post-project analyses to identify optimization opportunities and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with 2+ years in a lead producer role
- Proven portfolio demonstrating excellence in narrative-driven commercial or branded content
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro
- Strong project management skills with experience in budgeting and timeline oversight
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate creative vision across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing remote production teams and distributed workflows
- Knowledge of platform-specific requirements for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and OTT services
