- Develop and execute innovative video concepts aligned with brand strategies and client briefs
- Lead cross-functional teams including directors, cinematographers, and editors throughout production lifecycle
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for high-profile campaigns
- Oversee post-production workflows including editing, color grading, and sound design
- Collaborate with clients to refine creative direction and deliver exceptional results
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cinematography, editing software, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Proven portfolio of award-winning video content demonstrating technical and creative excellence
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong project management skills with ability to deliver complex projects on deadline and budget
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with deep understanding of visual narrative techniques
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed production workflows
- Knowledge of 4K/8K production, VR/AR content creation, and streaming platforms
