Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle from concept to final delivery
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for 10+ concurrent projects
- Direct creative direction and ensure brand consistency across deliverables
- Coordinate with external vendors for location scouting, equipment, and post-production
- Lead client presentations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Mentor junior producers and foster a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio of 20+ projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- Proficiency in motion graphics and 3D animation workflows
