Responsibilities
- Lead video production lifecycle from concept to delivery for brand campaigns, social media content, and digital experiences
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics designers
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for multi-platform projects
- Collaborate with clients to translate brand vision into compelling visual narratives
- Implement emerging technologies like virtual production and AI-enhanced workflows
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables ensuring technical and creative excellence
- Mentor junior producers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro
- Proven track record managing $500K+ production budgets
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video formats (ads, documentaries, social content)
- Experience directing crews of 10+ professionals across multiple locations
- Deep understanding of digital distribution platforms and audience analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV Production or related field
