Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle from concept to final delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including directors, editors, and animators
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches for diverse client projects
- Optimize production workflows and budget allocation across 15+ annual projects
- Collaborate with clients to define creative direction and deliverables
- Lead post-production processes including color grading and sound design
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional video production with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ high-impact video projects across genres
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and sound engineering
- Proven experience managing budgets up to $500K and teams of 8-15
- Ability to balance creative vision with tight deadlines and client expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- Experience with virtual production and AI-enhanced post-production workflows
