- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for multi-platform video projects
- Lead creative direction and technical execution of commercial, documentary, and digital content
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including directors, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Ensure quality control across pre-production, filming, and post-production phases
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches aligned with brand objectives
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio of premium content
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and industry-standard production tools
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and audio engineering principles
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills for directing creative teams
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation for large-scale productions
- Degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or related field preferred
