Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production lifecycle from concept ideation to final delivery
- Direct creative teams, including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for diverse client projects
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches aligned with brand objectives and audience insights
- Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure technical excellence and visual polish
- Present final deliverables to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain industry expertise in emerging production technologies and trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in commercial, branded, and digital content production
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve
- Exceptional project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Deep understanding of pre-production planning, lighting, cinematography, and color grading
- Strong client relationship management and presentation abilities
