- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications across multiple projects
- Ensure technical excellence through quality control and post-production oversight
- Drive innovation in video formats for social media, web, and broadcast platforms
- Mentor junior producers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ years in lead producer roles
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand storytelling and technical execution
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production management tools
- Proven ability to manage $100K+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of video trends across digital and traditional channels
- BS/BA in Film, Communications, or related field preferred
