Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for brand identities, digital campaigns, and print materials
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create user-centered designs for web and mobile interfaces
- Produce high-quality assets including illustrations, infographics, and motion graphics using industry-standard tools
- Conduct design sprints and workshops to ideate innovative solutions for complex challenges
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual strategies
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles
- Experience with responsive design and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
