Responsibilities
- Edit and polish video content for diverse platforms including social media, web, and broadcast
- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize storyboards and visual narratives
- Optimize videos for SEO and engagement using motion graphics and color grading
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Maintain brand consistency across all video deliverables
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on team projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of color theory, sound design, and motion graphics principles
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining creative quality
- Excellent communication skills for client collaboration and team coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
- Experience with 4K/8K footage and HDR color workflows
