- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (social, web, broadcast)
- Maintain production budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven portfolio of commercial/brand videos with measurable results
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Understanding of motion graphics and 3D animation principles
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
