Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, budget management, and timeline coordination
- Lead creative direction for diverse projects including commercials, documentaries, and digital series
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with directors, editors, and production crews
- Ensure technical quality through rigorous review of dailies, color grading, and final deliverables
- Optimize workflows for multi-platform distribution across social, broadcast, and emerging channels
- Mentor junior producers and foster collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with 2+ years in lead producer role
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-budget commercial or narrative production
- Proficiency with production software (Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, Celtx)
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex timelines and budgets
- Deep understanding of cinematography, lighting, and post-production workflows
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
