Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production pipeline including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for video projects while ensuring quality deliverables
- Lead and mentor junior production staff, providing feedback and fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with clients to refine project requirements and present creative proposals
- Stay current with industry trends in video technology, editing software, and distribution channels
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment rentals, location scouting, and crew management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with demonstrated portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of lighting, cinematography, and audio engineering principles
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
