- Oversee end-to-end video production workflows including pre-production planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Lead creative direction for high-profile client campaigns across digital platforms
- Manage and mentor production teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion designers
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align creative vision with business objectives
- Ensure technical quality through rigorous review processes and post-production supervision
- Develop innovative production solutions while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in lead producer roles
- Proven track record of directing complex projects for major brands or media companies
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong knowledge of cinematography, lighting, and audio engineering principles
- Exceptional project management skills with experience managing $500K+ budgets
- Portfolio showcasing diverse video styles (commercial, documentary, digital content)
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
