Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end video production for client campaigns, including pre-production planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Manage creative teams including directors, DPs, editors, and animators to ensure artistic vision alignment
- Coordinate logistics for location shoots, studio bookings, and equipment rentals across diverse production environments
- Oversee post-production workflows including color grading, sound design, and VFX integration
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Maintain client relationships through regular progress updates and creative presentations
- Optimize production schedules to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining premium quality standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in lead producer roles
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-budget commercial or branded content production
- Proficiency with production management tools (Shotgun, Frame.io) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and post-production workflows
- Exceptional project management skills with proven ability to manage complex productions
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field
- Experience directing cross-functional creative teams under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of emerging video technologies (VR/AR, 360° production) and trends
