Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships for commercial and digital content projects
- Lead creative briefings and storyboarding sessions with clients and internal teams
- Mentor junior producers and coordinate cross-functional crews across 10+ concurrent projects
- Implement emerging technologies like AR/VR and AI-enhanced workflows
- Ensure technical quality through DIT supervision and color grading collaboration
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content ROI and audience engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ years in senior producer roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and Cinema4D
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of narrative-driven commercial and digital content
- Proven budget management for projects exceeding $500K
- Experience directing crews of 15+ personnel across diverse locations
- Strong understanding of platform-specific requirements (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
- BS/BA in Film Production, Communications, or related field
- Adobe/Certified Professional certification preferred
