Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle: pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight
- Manage creative teams including directors, cinematographers, and editors while maintaining project budgets and timelines
- Develop innovative video concepts aligned with client brand narratives and market trends
- Coordinate logistics for location shoots, equipment rentals, and talent management
- Ensure technical excellence through color grading, sound design, and final delivery optimization
- Analyze audience metrics to refine content strategy and maximize engagement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate video campaigns across digital platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio showcasing 15+ commercial campaigns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams of 5+ members
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, cinematography principles, and color theory
- Experience directing both live-action and animated content for diverse industries
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
