Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Manage $500K+ production budgets and coordinate cross-functional teams of 10+ creatives
- Develop innovative concepts for brand campaigns, documentaries, and social media content
- Ensure technical excellence through camera operation, lighting design, and color grading
- Optimize deliverables for multi-platform distribution (web, broadcast, VR)
- Maintain client relationships through strategic presentations and feedback integration
- Lead team training on emerging technologies like AI-assisted editing and virtual production
Qualifications
- 8+ years professional video production with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in narrative-driven commercial and documentary work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed production workflows
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects under aggressive deadlines
- Strong technical knowledge of camera systems (Sony FX9, Canon C300), lighting (Aputure), and audio
- BS/BA in Film, Media Production, or equivalent professional certification
