Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-end video content including commercials, corporate videos, and social media campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end production lifecycle, from pre-production planning and budgeting to on-set direction and final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, clients, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and exceed expectations.
- Lead and mentor a production crew, including directors of photography, editors, and sound engineers.
- Oversee post-production workflows, including editing, color grading, and sound design, utilizing industry-standard software.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current video trends and technical standards to ensure top-tier quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in video production, directing, or editing.
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-quality commercial or narrative work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio recording techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively brief and negotiate with clients.
