- Oversee end-to-end video production for diverse projects including commercials, documentaries, and digital content
- Manage cross-functional teams of directors, cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Develop and maintain production budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Coordinate logistics including location scouting, talent casting, and equipment rental
- Collaborate with clients to translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives
- Implement innovative post-production workflows using Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Mentor junior producers and ensure quality standards across all deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV Production or related field with 5+ years professional experience
- Proven track record directing complex video productions with $500K+ budgets
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and project management tools
- Exceptional storytelling ability with portfolio demonstrating cinematic excellence
- Strong client management skills with experience in stakeholder presentations
- Crisis management expertise in high-pressure production environments
- Knowledge of emerging video technologies including VR/AR production workflows
