Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the creative director to understand the narrative arc and tone.
- Perform advanced color grading and audio mixing using industry-standard tools.
- Design and implement motion graphics and visual effects (VFX).
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure strict deadlines are met.
- Optimize video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Review final cuts for technical errors and creative inconsistencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional video editing experience.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing storytelling skills and technical prowess.
- Deep understanding of video composition, pacing, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
