Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute high-quality video concepts.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Create dynamic motion graphics, titles, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control, including color grading and sound design.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends and editing techniques to keep our content fresh.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor or Motion Designer.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating editing, color grading, and motion graphics work.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for pacing, rhythm, and composition.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive creative feedback.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment is preferred.
