Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns and branded entertainment.
- Collaborate with directors and creative leads to execute the artistic vision.
- Manage end-to-end post-production workflows, including color grading and audio mixing.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical standards.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on project files.
- Stay current with industry trends, plugins, and innovative editing techniques.
- Optimize assets for various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency or studio environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, narrative structure, and pacing.
- Advanced knowledge of motion graphics design.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- A professional showreel demonstrating high-end creative work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
