Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all platforms, including web, social media, and print collateral.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and assets for digital marketing campaigns, including email templates and social graphics.
- Collaborate with the product team to design intuitive user interfaces and wireframes.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final deliverables.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Stay current with industry trends, software advancements, and design best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing brand identity work, print design, and digital assets.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
