Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing channels
- Leverage advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) to measure campaign performance and optimize conversion funnels
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to refine messaging, creative assets, and user journey experiences
- Manage $2M+ annual digital media budget with rigorous ROI analysis and forecasting
- Drive innovation through emerging channels like programmatic advertising and influencer marketing
- Mentor junior marketers while establishing KPI dashboards and reporting protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive digital marketing experience with proven success in scaling B2B/B2C brands
- Expertise in full-funnel digital marketing: SEO, SEM, paid social, marketing automation, and analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot)
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Blueprint preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage six-figure budgets and achieve 30%+ YoY growth metrics
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience translating insights into executive presentations
- Experience leading remote teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders
