We work with high-profile lifestyle brands, creating visual narratives that define industry trends.
As our Senior Editor, you will be the bridge between raw footage and cinematic brilliance. You will have access to top-tier hardware, a collaborative studio environment, and creative freedom to experiment with new visual languages.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end post-production process for high-impact brand commercials and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative directors to define the aesthetic and pacing of video projects.
- Perform high-end color grading, motion graphics integration, and audio sweetening.
- Manage multiple project timelines to ensure delivery within tight production schedules.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on technical workflows.
- Stay ahead of digital video trends, platform-specific formats, and new editing technologies.
- Organize and maintain complex project assets and archives on centralized studio servers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling, pacing, and visual style.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific requirements (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Exceptional eye for detail, color theory, and audio-visual synchronization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, or equivalent professional certification.
