Responsibilities
- Edit and refine raw footage into polished, story-driven videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and marketing teams to align creative vision with project goals
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and brand guidelines
- Optimize video formats for diverse platforms (social media, broadcast, web) and ensure technical quality
- Lead creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior editors
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with demonstrable portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and compression standards
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects, Cinema 4D)
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into visual narratives
- Proven project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- Portfolio showcasing diverse styles (commercial, documentary, social content)
