In this role, you will lead end-to-end design projects, mentor junior talent, and collaborate closely with our strategy team to push the boundaries of digital and print media.
Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated brand identities, logos, and style guides for diverse clients.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and project conceptualization.
- Design high-converting visual assets for web, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Translate complex marketing briefs into compelling visual narratives.
- Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and project managers to ensure design excellence.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on project work.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and collateral.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a creative agency.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-end typography, layout design, and brand identity work.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design logic to stakeholders.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere) is a significant plus.
