Responsibilities
- Produce polished video content from concept to final deliverable across multiple platforms
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions with directors and marketing teams
- Execute advanced editing techniques including color grading, motion graphics, and VFX integration
- Optimize content for social media, web, and broadcast specifications
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within agile workflows
- Mentor junior editors and maintain quality control standards
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with broadcast-quality portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of color theory, audio mixing, and compression standards
- Proven ability to translate brand guidelines into dynamic visual narratives
- Experience managing projects with complex stakeholder feedback loops
- BA/BS in Film, Digital Media, or related field
- Adobe Certified Professional certification preferred
